    Not a good agent! Always called us for other people's Insurance. Always had things completely messed up . Would send out emails saying I was past due but when I called it was just due again, It was not past due. Also never called u back or called u like they said they would. Just over all not a good agent.

    This is a fantastic branch! Every time I come to this bofa location, sh** gets taken care of. My only knock is that, for some reason, they cannot or will not open up on Saturdays. I work long contracting hours throughout the weekdays, and frequently need to access a banker face to face and I cannot do that at this location. It is for this reason that I would give a 3.5 star if possible...

    Don and his team are awesome! Really took care of me and my family when we needed them the most. Not only did they help us transfer all of our policies flawlessly when we moved to California, Don also helped us refinance the house to get a much better deal and was so knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Highly recommend their team for all of your insurance needs!

    Most of the kids are stubborn & stuck up.. that’s what happens when they go to Del Oro though. Teachers can be helpful but most don’t really care. Not a recommendation unless you want your kids getting bullied.
